Chef Donna Kennedy has been serving clients in Northern Colorado as a personal chef for five years. In 2002, she decided to move into an area of the food industry that was new to Loveland. Her business has a dedicated following that has grown solely through word of mouth. Chef Kennedy's industry background is based along the east coast; working in independently owned restaurants from New York to Florida has given her a wide variety of American regional experience.
As a first generation Vietnamese-American, she has a natural affinity for Southeast Asian cuisine. Other specialties include Cajun/Creole, Southern, Mediterranean, and Japanese. Chef Kennedy's repertoire not only has an international flair, but she also enjoys preparing specialized menus for clients who follow Weight Watchers, Vegetarian, Vegan, Alkalizing, and Raw/Live food diets.
